StillWest Executive Chef Grayson Prentice develops lunch, bar bites, dinner, and brunch menus with inspiration from our surroundings in the West and touches from the South. Chef Prentice incorporates beer into his cooking often and creates much of the menu from scratch. Look for weekly, seasonal specials and ingredients unique to the Jackson Hole region.
